MSK Productions was founded in 2015 by filmmaker and photographer Sara Pang. Drawn to the art of cinematic storytelling since a tender age, Sara honed her craft in visual arts through her time at her alma mater, the University of Columbia-Missouri. It was there that her micro-docs, including "Trafficked," won multiple awards at international festivals. Sara spent the next decade in L.A. working with major film studios such as Warner Bros., Lionsgate, Paramount, etc, on various scripted and unscripted projects.

Upon moving to Hawai'i, Sara sought to fill a need for cinematic storytelling through photography and video. With her filmmaking background, she aims to Make Stories Known through the art of visual storytelling as a thread to connect human stories through themes of life.
